There are probably more fundamentalist religious wackos in this country than in the entire middle east.
As sick as this comment might seem, the truth is that the world would be MUCH a better place if all of them were dead. It doesn't matter if they're christian or muslim, they're really fucked up in the head and they are the biggest threat to humanity.

I always struggle with people who go on about how being gay is unnatural and God hates it etc. Surely if God made and loves us all then if he/she found homosexuality that abhorrent in his/her being, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness and truth he/she could make it so that nobody was gay?

And actually, fundamentalists ARE, as I see it, one of the biggest threats to humanity. All of the world's problems stem down at the roots to either money or religion. Both the 9/11 hijackers and Exodus International are fundie groups.

I think the "story" teeters on the verge of hate speech but clearly crosses the line of intolerance. Also, I'm not quite certain "effervescing" is a word.
