Just because you didn't, doesn't mean you should be angry at someone who did and is proud of it. That is called envy, and is your fault, not the victor's. This is how many of you are taking it. However, that doesn't even fit because I didn't do anything, I was merely pointing out a fact. If I said, "Wow, the Lightning are #1! Yeah!" I can't see how a Devil's fan would be offended by it to the point of criticizing the Lightning fan. That is an accurate example.

If somebody said "I won, and you all suck because of it," then I would most certainly have backed anybody up against this person. Any anger stemming from someone saying "I won, I'm happy," like I previously mentioned, is not the victor's fault, but the critic's.

However, to any of you who were offended in any way, you have my sincerest apology.

Don't hate me because I'm American. I think the US Olympians have been very graceful in their victories and let's be fair, America does lead in overall medals won, give those men and women *some* respect.

yo...jasen... some americans didnt really have power over how he won; if you recall it was an election with some mystery surrounding the true outcome... We can't truly be sure who really won but sadly as always it boiled down to who knew the people in higher places...so don't go pointing fingers.
