Okay, This is what Greg played at the convention:
Sandbox - A jam recorded during The Game sessions in 1979/1980. It's an instrumental song. And no pieces of this song were re-used in later songs.
Brighton Rock - An early take of the well known SHA song. The music is more or less the same. The Bassguitar is very different, and it has no guitar overdubs. The solo is much shorter. And most of the lyrics consist of Lalala's by Freddie.
Coming Soon - An instrumental Jam Session written by Roger. Recorded during the Jazz sessions in 1978. Small parts of this jam were used in the song which ended up on The Game.
Great King Rat - An early version recorded in the early 1973s. Although this sounds weird, cause the melody is totally different, and so are the lyrics. The song didn't have electric guitars, only acoustic. And the intro is Freddie counting to, i believe, 16
In the Lap of the gods Revisited - Instrumental take. Nothing special. Although the end is a little bit different.
Somebody to Love - Outtake of the accapella section. It features piano (You can hear this piano outtake on the Greatest Video Hits 1 dvd, as the intro music to Somebody to Love) After the clapping part there is an extra section which choirs singing the words "Somebody to Love" in canon
Tenement Funster - Instrumental Take, it is very similar to the released version. It's mostly the bass parts and the drumming that is different.
Flick of the Wrist - Insturmental Take, Probably one of the latest recordings of this song, since it's almost finished. The backing vocals are already on this track.
Sail Away Sweet Sister - Live take, it's the guys recording the backing track. Freddie on Piano, John on Bass, Roger on Drums, and Brian is on guitar in the chorus. Piano is different near the ending.
And Greg also told us about the song Freedom Train, which started out as a Queen track during the Innuendo sessions. And eventually ended up on Rogers Happiness (I think??) Album.
I believe he also mentioned Love Kills starting out as a Queen track. can anyone confirm this?

Wow! Freedom Train as a Queen song? I wonder if Freddie did any vocals for it...Sandbox sounds interesting, too....
Oh you're kidding - 'Freedom Train' started as a Queen track? Christ almighty, that's my favorite song from 'Happiness?', I'd love it if that song actually exists.
About LOVE KILLS Greg wrote as well in THE SOLO COLLECTION that it indeed started as a Queen track...
same as Love me Like there's no tomorrow(?) it was meant to be the last track on the works before they wrote Is this the world we created..? And I bet there are more tracks meant to be Queen tracks, maybe Too much love will kill you, since Freddie did a demo of that song and it later on was released as a Queen track.NO- it was "Ther Must Be More To Life Than This"!!!
"Heaven For Everyone" was meant to be a Queen track in 1986.

John, I acquired the 12" single with the "Hardcore Mix" and "Jungle Mix" versions. However, sorry to disappoint you and several other Queen collectors out there, but they don't actually feature Queen themselves in the mixes as these are actually just covers, so should be recategorized as such! See FLAC link below for audible verification :-) (Enjoy otherwise! :-P )
