Simple but fantastic and proper expressiion!
Thanks!
I like Queen up until about 1985, after that I just don't really care for.
the only word that i have to say is ALL. I like ALL of Queen.
Id have to say, I love the eighties because its my taste, but the music of the seventies was absolutley mind blowing.
I prefer "No Synthesizer", outrageous, flamboyant, extravagant more theatrical Queen, that is '70s Queen, which was ditinguished from others and very Queenish.
Amen.
the both
each era has his enchantment
queen was one of those few bands who knew how to change
they are 4 genius
and thats why queen will never die

the way i see it, queen were in their musical and songwriting prime in the 70's, but continued to grow and put good music out, and their live performes continued to grow till they became larger than life, (especially freddie), it also depends on taste since queen changed so dramatically over the years, that's why you get so many different opinions, also is the reason i think they truly were better than the typical rock band example AC/DC who put out the same stuff all the time. Queen kept changing, which i think was a good thing.
Man,I luv Queen especially in 75-77 era. That rox my sox.Especially.....R-O-G-E-R T-A-Y-L-O-R.What's that? Roger Taylor!!!!.Freddie was also ace too you know. But I don't really like Queen in the 90s.I think Queen is changing themselves from a hard rock band to an alternative band or pop band,I guess.
What do you guys think:)

I prefer the 70s...if I compare the whole
stage acting, outfits, show, energy and songs!

All Of Queen meaning 70 80 90 Solo Bootlegs such and such
70's, cos 80's queen is crap, you know garbage.
WHAAAAAAAATT??????????
Holy shit! You're that guy that was pissed at everyone for not being supportive of certain Queen music; saying that calling some of Queen's stuff "shit" and "crap" is wrong. When you were bashing everybody else, did you exlude yourself from that equation? I thought you had very good points, until I read the comment above. You TOTALLY just lost my respect.
Well I am going to sit on the fence - I like Queen from both era's - different songs for different moods. If they did the same stuff all the time they wouldn't have such a large & varied fan base. That was their thing - they always did something different.
I didn't like Freddie's look with the mo' but now it has grown on me.
Someone once described Queen's different styles thus:
'70's - juveniles
'80's - adults
'90's - more matured
or something along those lines.
I like watching the really early stuff becasue it gives me an idea where they came from when they were young and fresh and new...

That is, the look has grown on me - not the mo' LOL
yea, i admit i like both, it's hard to say, Queen were in their musical prime in the glam era, but it's good to see them grow as you grow, like fred said, if he had the long hair in his late thirties into his early forties it would have looked stupid, so it was interesting to see them grow throughtout the years.
