I am a member of QFC and QOL.

Fucked up the buying of my tickets somehow and now I cannot buy them as it thinks I have already bought the tickets. - not very happy at the moment but hopefully it will get sorted out.

got mine via qol, but email must have come in middle of night as at midnight last night i hadnt had one i got to work at 7am and low and behold there it was good job i had my credit card

It might be that you selected the wrong option when selecting your tickets. there was a drop down box. Although the first option was circle.
