Agreed with Janet's post. How does Mary deserved to be called a "whore" for taking what was rightfully hers?

I can't believe how some people diss Mary Austin, and defend Jim Hutton.

Mary never asked nor manipulated Freddie in any kind of way to give her his money. Nevertheless to leave him his vast fortune. She was always there for him despite all circumstances, for good or bad (just like if they were married). If Freddie chose to leave her his fortune was because she was the best choice.

Now, at least Mary didn't make money from giving details about intimate anecdotes from Freddie's private life like Jim Hutton did. I mean, I'm sorry that Jim lost Freddie and he got AIDS from him, but I think Freddie gave him more than plenty of money to start a new life. So there was no need for Jim to exploit Freddie's memory and privacy by publishing 'Mercury and Me'.
