It's now almost midnight in the UK.....

Any news from the Manchester concert yet?
How was it? Was Paul back on Form, any changes to the setlist etc.
H
Apparently after encore Under Pressure was performed. However, there is no confirmation of that yet (I saw it on QOL).

Looks like someones just post this a few seconds ago. Good to see another change to the setlist. Lets hope it stays. IT will be interesting to see if they dropped anything to add this, but change is good. :-)

Was Paul on form or do you think they changed things to help his voice. I.e did Paul or Brian sing I Want It All?
B
Yup. Guess who turned up for the encore. Only Max and Paddy. Short version of Amarillo and Queen played Under Pressure for the encore.

Paul was ok, but I wouldn't think it was his best night. He took a huge break in the middle. Saying that, as I entered the arena, well before the show started it looked rather smokey. I know this can effect his voice. There were no smoke bombs during the show, which could have effected him.

On a side note to the above, on leaving the arena, I spotted 3 fire engines at the Stage entrance, so perhaps there was something behind the scenes.

Cool, Thanks for that.

Looks the same as Newcastle with the addition of Under Pressure.

i just got home!
WHAT A SHOW! IT ROCKED START TO FINISH!
i was hoping for deacon to appear for under pressure but that was a pleasant suprise for them to play it! the only fault i had with the show was can't get enough of your love is too long! and the lighting show was spot on too!
D
I am off to see them in Birmingham and Cardiff on the weeekend, hopefully they will keep Under Pressure in for at least one of those shows.
L
I'm sure they could rid themselves of Magic for Under Pressure. I have seen others slag off Magic, and held my breath, thinking they couldn't spoil one of the best songs they played on the Magic tour. They did though, it really was flat.
S
yes the crowd was pretty dead for the whole song.
by the way one guy sat the entire concert on his blackberry device and didnt even not once look at the performance! what a looser!

Tonight was FUCKING SUPERB, great voices (Paul Included), great guitars and great drums. The whole night far exceeded my expectations. And to top it off, My favourite comedians Peter Kay and Paddy Mcguiness came on and had some banter with the crowd. What a great night. Long Live (half of) Queen!
Chom own mudder fukker.
