I think same as wstussyb (sorry if mis-spelt - really can't be arsed to keep looking back now) has stated, more people needed to be brought into the conversation.
Especially as a majority of the people in this are (in my opinion) pretty arrogant, and refuse to take on board my opinion on matters, and just write it off.
