I LOVE Warrant and Jani Lane. I read where they reformed, BUT without Jani Lane on vocals. I assumed because he would be up to better things like a solo career. I am very sorry to hear this.
LOVED ''Heaven'', ''Down Boys'', ''Sometimes She Cries'', ''Dirty, Rotten, Filthy, Stinking' Rich'' their cover of ''WE WILL ROCK YOU'' on the soundtrack of the film ''Gladiator'' (not the Russell Crowe film, it was a 1992 Rocky type film about a poor boxer from the projects who makes good.)

I saw Warrant at Annie's here in Cincy, gosh, I guess circa 1996-ish....
Jani was there, getting a little fat. They did do a pretty cool version live of Fat Bottomed Girls.....other than that, it wasn't a bad show, wasn't great either. Played the "hits" from the day, was worth the $10 cover...
He is on the new Celebrity Fit Club on MTV (or Vh1, I dunno).

I thought Jani Lane had an excellent voice (for the type of 80's music they did), YES I DO have all their records.
Jani was I might also add, HOT. You say he is fat now. whoa!
''Where the down boys go, whoa ah oh, where the down boys GO!''
Have you heard Warrant's cover of ''WE WILL ROCK YOU'' on the soundtrack of the film ''Gladiator'' (not the Russell Crowe film, it was a 1992 Rocky type film about a poor boxer from the projects who makes good.) It was pretty decent.

I totally agree. It's just the new trend for young famous actors to start a career in singing. It's really getting ridiculous. And, I also would like to add to the list any form of rap. Just can't stand rap, period.

gee...all these warrant fans..well, take it from the geckos mouth, jani has gotton very big, hopefully hes lost his mohawk.
for the person who saw his solo show, than you probably saw a friend of mine with him, he plays guitar for him, named billy morris.it was sad to see jani and the rest part ways, but rest assure, the rest of warrant is doing great, back on the road with the original lineup and jamie st james of black n blue on vocals.i think if i have to chose between what warrant band to see (jani solo vs the rest) i would go with the rest....sorry billy

Faith No More where one of the best bands in the early 90's, i doubt anyone would have heard of them though.
Just because you haven't heard of them doesn't mean they're not good!
Moooooohahaha

You mean the one hit wonder?

They had their one catchy rock-radio friendly song, and like many bands before them, they shot their wad with it.......
The number of hits is probably not the best way determine whether a band "sucks" or not. Just ask the Pink Floyd fans. :P
Considering that 2Unlimited and Culture Beat (and later the likes of Backstreet Boys) were the typical acts on the European MTV, Faith No More got a fairly good amount of recognition.
From the top of my head I can remember taping the videos to We Care a Lot, Falling To Pieces, Epic, From Out Of Nowhere, Midlife Crisis, Easy, A Small Victory, Digging the Grave, Ashes To Ashes, One Last Cup Of Sorrow + at least one festival performance from there.
Not bad for a one hit wonder!

How much time do you have, it would take me at least 2 and a half hours to name them all . . . .

I also hate Prodigy (OMG! awful!), Will Smith, The Cardigans, Natalie Merchamt,
...and DESPISE one hit wonder Edie Brickell and The New Bohemians( her voice sounds like nails on a chalkboard and the lyrics to that hideous song...''Philosophy is a smile on a dog, I'm not aware of too many things'')....No Shit Sherlock!

I like that song from The Cardigans from the 'Romeo + Juliet' sountrack. Wasn't it called 'Lovefool' or something like that?

That's it. Could be used to torture people! Groan! ''Love me, love me..say that you love me''.
More like I'll punch your lights out if you sing one more crap line with that weeny voice.
