That's cool.. I just wish you had included an option for GVH 3 rather than a live DVD :)

My vote went for the Rainbow. Wonderful show.

You know, I was considering that when I was setting up the poll. What I had in mind was:

"Screw the live releases! We want Greatest Video Hits 3!"

But I decided not to put it in there.

I voted for Houston 77 - not because I particularly want it, its more to get up the nose of those who moaned about it in that other thread :P

But it'll be a pretty pointless excercise anyway as those in power probably wont release what ever turns out to be popular according to this vote.
I'm saying nothing.....

I voted for Japan'79.Personally,I think that "Live Killers" era was Queen's finest moment (live,of course). My second choice would be Houston.Don't worry people,Queen WILL release what we fans choose.I don't have any doubt about it!But,as well,I'm cheering for GVH 3 to be released next year.

I pray that it ain't Houston. The crowd was flat as a pancake. A silent crowd is a shite crowd. Realese any gig with a loud audience. That's why English gigs always get released. The crowds always make a raquet and it makes for a better show. So do the Japanese.

I can live with a Dark ego trip ...

I voted for Houston ... perfect LOML w/o the "football chant", great Liar, interesting KYA, and an unusual WWRY.

but why is Earl's court not on the list of choices?

I voted for Houston 1977. Great show, not perfect, but great. Very good setlist, nice short Brighton Rock, long medley, interesting Liar and the electronic drums during the solo in Keep Yourself Alive.

Do you think, whatever your vote may be, that the picture quality of Houston could be cleaned up ? and that the sound could be made in DTS 5.1 or is this stuff too old for this ?

After reading that and one of the posts, I realized I overlooked that one.

My apologies.

And regardless of whether or not this is one of my "ego trips", as some of you guys put it, I think this is an effective way of having our opinions heard on what *we* want as the next live DVD.

Oh my!

I just checked the results so far, and at this time, 401 people have voted in the main poll, and 140 in the audio poll.

Not bad, eh?

ED: Also, I might close the poll on the 31st this month

Yes, that's right. I also heard that. Hasn't been said that they would clean up the Paris 79 material ?
