meh, well im not saying i believe this but what i heard was Newcastle had rolled out (literally) a red carpet, and brought Owen into Sheperds house/mansion and treat him like he was king of the world, Liverpool offered to talk to him in the small room or something, i dont know, dont care, and are we hell going to be Leeds! we might not win games but we wont be relegated! that guy on radio 5 is talkin bullshit and Shearer is one of the best, its just the rest of the team and Souness that let him down!

I think we'll improve slightly, but all this talk of "hitting the ground running", "not letting Chelsea get away this time" will put so much pressure on the team that as soon as they get a draw it'll be "that's it, the league's gone", which is crap, but there you go.

Well we've got one trophy already in possibly the worse game of football i've ever seen. I think we will be hard to beat in europe this year, may not win it again, but will go far.
I dont think we'll be 37 points of the league this year, ous away tactics (after 1 game) looks much better than last year already, and I think we will be top 3.
I think peter crouch will be essential to us. I know he's mocked, but you just waut and see.
