Ugh... how would you guys deal with this?

There's this girl in my Bioethics class and she always is mocking me. and yesterday I went to get a computer and I brushed against her by accident and she screamed and started yelling about how i was "ALL UP ON" her. And I said "no one WANTS to be all up on YOU".

Then she goes "TAKE A SHOWER!" and my friend Connie said to me "you should tell her to get a life".

I replied "nah, i'm not gonna be bothered. at least i'm not a preppy slut." and the girl overheard and complained to the teacher.

So today, the teacher takes me out and gives me a lecture about keeping my opinions to myself.

And then the girl's thug boyfriend comes up to me and goes "you nearly lost your life yesterday! don't EVER say anything like that EVER AGAIN!"

WTF? What do I do?

You need to make sure your parent(s) are aware of what is going on, make your teacher aware of it, your parent(s) need to make the school's administration (Principal, Assistant Principal) aware via written documentation and phone call. If you and your parents don't get the reaction you want out of the school, make a police report.

and really it is the only civil reaction to such a tit and her boyfriend you can do, some school kids can be evil little so and so's..

when you mentioned what the boyfriend said to you, his reply and actions reminded me of some young thug from a sixties movie, black leather bikers jacket, jeans turned up at the bottoms, greased up/slick hair style (elvis style) and brandishing a little flick knife, lol he sounds a rite plum !! lol

Obviously the teacher didn't understand the full scope of the situation. You need to tell her privately what actually happened. Any good teacher will try to be fair.

Or you could just ignore it and try to stay out of that girl's way. The boyfriend is trying to "protect" her in the only way he knows how: by being an intimidating asshole. If you think the threat was serious I'd alert the appropriate authorities. But I'm guessing it was probably just a bluff intended to "keep you in line".

The teacher gave you a lecture, so what? A lecture never hurt anybody. Yes, it's an injustice. I suggest you get used to it, life will be full of injustices when you're an adult and there are some (ones that don't cause you any actual harm) that you just need to skip over. Save the torch-carrying for serious injustices like discrimination or overt cruelty. If you get any further threats from these kids, that's when I'd get your parents and the school administration involved. Otherwise, it's not the end of the world. Personally I'd get more up-in-arms over an unfair grade than I would a misplaced lecture.

Yeah, I was kind of overreacting. They're just so ANNOYING. They think they own the school.
