Mine would be, in no specific order.
1) Hart Foundation vs. Demolition, Summerslam 1990 (best out of 3 falls)
2) Dudley Boyz vs. Edge and Christian vs. The Hardy Boyz, Wrestlemania 17 (TLC)
3) Ken Shamrock/Big Boss man vs. New Age Outlaws, Rock Bottom 1998 (I think)

hate tag team matches, best ic match was the wrestlemania shawn michaels vs razor ramon ladder match. probly one of the best matches of all time
it was...that PPV was the best of 1994...had 3 excellent matches (Owen vs. Bret, Razor vs. Shawn & Bret vs. Yoko)....

Is it the coreography? Doesn't the fact that the winner is pre-determined take away the interest in the outcome, unlike other sports? How can you believe what you see if you know it's all been agreed upon? Is the show in itself that is so much fun?

Before hand, you would decide the winner and the finish, also including things you want to get done such as a reversed finisher or 2 count.
Then in the ring, it should be mostly ad-libbed because otherwise, it will look too much like a dance. And it is really easy to talk without being spotted, especially for people with longer hair.
You would probably want a good submission, about 30 seconds in the hold, making the good guy look resilient.
The bad guy would want to hit a low blow to make himself look helpless. If not a low blow, a weapon shot, eye rake, something illegal.
Then, a stunning reversal from the good guy, into a finishing move, into a pin.
The most important thing is to keep the crowd guessing. One of the things that shot Bret Hart down is that he finished almost all his WWF matches by going- Clothesline, Elbow Drop, Irish Whip, Atomic Drop, Sharpshooter- It became so predictable that it completely lost shock value of say The Pedigree out of nowhere or a reversal into an Angle Lock.

I like the new GM mode on svr 2006 and Im batista on the season mode.

Sorry QOW, but that's wrong. He had a series moves leading up to his Sharpshooter, but did not always use them before a winning finish. Incidentally, the series of moves was Side Russian Legsweep, 2nd rope Elbow, Sharpshooter.

GM mode sucks, all my wrestlers keep getting injured for 16 weeks and gets repetetive, like the season. Here comes the pain had a better season,

The best season mode was Smackdown 2 where you had their set storyline for a year and a half but you could have 4 players and go as long as you wanted. You could even manipulate title competition. The only problem is that it got repetitive and the loading screens were slower than Big Show. That was great for the technology at the time.
But I get soooo bored on that GM mode. Triple H never loses and Randy Orton and Rob Van Dam keep trading the IC title. Trish hasnt lost the womens title but she cant win a non title match. And Eugene and Carlto Colon are dominating the Tag Team division. It is not very climactic and SD is whooping us in ratings.

I was a big WCW fan (especially NWO and Goldberg) until Flair left. I was genuinely pissed that Bischoff would be such an idiot.

I know, I was in 5th grade during the monday night wars and I was a WCW fan until they lost Flair. While I still liked Goldberg and Kevin Nash, WWF(E) stole Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho not to mention they had Hunter Hearst Helmsley, D-Generation-X and Kurt Angle.
WWF could have been matched or even beaten but Eric Bischoff and Larry Zbysko (Sp?) were such dumbasses that they killed it.
And now looking back, Goldberg was WCW's only home grown champion.
