I have been married for nearly 22 years. My husband has always been soft spoken, polite and gentle. He is a perfect gentleman and always has been. He still holds my coat for me, opens my car door, holds doors, and pulls my chair out. It was what attracted me to him in the first place, and what still attracts me to him today. See, online, I think people will behave sensibly because they only see words and nothing else. But in real life, women are easily swayed by their senses, and do not act rationally. This is why they will totally ignore the nice guy, and go crazy over the good looking but jerky guys. It is why on a friday night, you see the girls going home with the jerks, while the nice guys are standing around alone.
