The way authorities are taking it, is very much like fascist-America. Seriously, this belongs in 1984.
We had some chessjock say that he wanted to kill President Bush and open fire a machine gun into a crowd. Needless to say, he didnt take his pills that morning. He had a little meeting with the FBI and was kicked off the house construction team. I havent seen him since.

Boy, that was a pretty stupid thing to do. I can't see them actually sentencing the kid to 5 years in prison, though. That would be ridiculous.
He won't get prison time. He'll get probation and community service. There has to be some consequence for what he's done. No one is allowed to threaten anyone's life. The difference here is that he threatened several government officials, the President being one of them. Our President obviously has to be protected since he is in charge of our country. That is why the FBI is involved. Thomas, what would happen in your country if this happened? Margua? Are threats against other's lives ignored and tolerated? I agree with what Haystacks said, as usual.
