I'm glad Queen is still here or else I would never have seen them live.
It's just a shame that you have to defend yourself as a Queen fan to others in a Queen FAN community...

Queen is usin the new media, they are turnin modern, they did it in the 70's, it's normal, they are tryin to take their music to new audiences, it's normal, they're doin only this in the states, common', you know that bands like floyd, the who don't need to make this kind of publicity, Queen had a different luck back in the 80's.

Which band did Brian found??? Certainly not Queen - Queen was founded by Brian, Freddie and Roger, after Freddie had the idea for a new band.

Well, I went to the "Queen + Paul Rodgers" concert. I call it "1/2 of Queen and Paul Rodgers".

But I'm very glad they did it, and are doing it. I am but a teen-ager and I never got the CHANCE to see the whole band together. Well, maybe that's all what my "terrible-twos" were about.
The fact that I went to Auburn Hills and got to actually hear and look at Brian May and Roger Taylor meant a hell of a lot to me.
I thought the way they honoured Freddie had a lot of class. It didn't feel like they were using him, nor ignoring him. I'm fairly certain that they've talked to John Deacon and they all seem happy with what they're doing. I respect both their choices.

I went to see Queen and Paul Rodgers at Hyde Park and they rocked the whole park down.
I'm going there for Brian and Roger and i'm so lucky to have met them, even at they're ages being old and everything. I now know i can say "I met my two idols Brian and Roger" which was and still is one of my goals. Still is because i wish to seem them again and again.
Better seeing half of Queen then nothing at all, is what i always say.

My point is: I just hope that their next step won't be recruiting Britney Spears as lead singer for Q+ project or appearing in Teletubbies TV series (kids wanna hear good music, so why not?)...
