I have mixed feelings about this. I think that Queen has always had very bad promotions here in the states. I don't know what to think about them being on AI. Certainly if Freddie were still alive, I don't think any of this would be happening. I respect Johns wishes for not wanting to be a part of this. But I'm also thankful that Brian and Roger are touring again, even if it's with Paul Rodgers. I'm not a fan of Paul Rodgers, but I do respect the fact that you have 3 very talented musicians who still love peforming and go out each and every night and do what they love. I saw them in Jacksonville and was disapointed. Not with them, but with the lack of promotion they seemed to have there. If I hadn't seen on the website they would be playing there, I would have missed them! I think everyone should just be grateful to a point that Brian and Roger want to keep the Queen name alive.

I personally think that the average rock fan are starting to think of queen as a joke. Yes, they have enough hard core fans to fill 3/4 of a stadium with paul rodgers, but in general the people i'v talked to are calling queen a joke for this silly queen + paul thing and especially AI. For the ingorant person you said "brian was the founder of queen" are you kidding me?....do you know the history of queen?...It was brian who created the band "smile" freddie wanted to pair up with brian and roger, then freddie had the idea of the name queen, then all the original ideas came from that. Keep trying though brother!

Whoever wrote this deffinately has not gone to see one of their new concerts. They make it real obvious that there is no replacment for Freddie! duh! But the band still needs a lead singer to play and so they have a new one. It was very tastefully done with a tribute to Freddie, etc. The classiest way I have ever seen a band return without a key musician. They can rock my world anytime.

please spell freddies name right!...My big problem is the american Idol thing, and most of their decisions post MIH. I do think the queen + paul name is a bit silly, but I think working with paul was one of the better decisions brian and roger have made in some time. yes, I have seen queen + paul and they were pretty decent. I admit I'm not 100% into this incarnation of the band, It feels a bit old to me. their living on past glories without creating nothing new, now we know how much they depended on freddies creativity.

Hello, wake up! There is no Queen anymore! Freddie died more than a decade ago! Now that Deaky's also gone, it's only 50% Queen and that's not enough for me!
