visual and audio wise, Budapest will be the natural choice.
according to the webmaster on queenonline, the new dvd (due in june) will also have an audio cd with it.
I for one, would love for Budapest to get dvd treatment. I've always favoured it to wembley

as for the "2 from the same tour" comments, as much as I understand it, it won't bother other than ppl on this forum. which, at least judging from the wembley dvd sales, is a minority of those who will actually end up buying it. (unless everyone here bought 25 copies each :) )
i assume it wont be easy to obtain in america? (live everything else)

Where do you live? Best Buy has a great selection of Queen music. Every Best Buy I've visited has a great Queen selection. Even then, sometimes it's better to buy stuff off of eBay.

If an audio CD will also be released I cant see it being Budapest, releasing two DVDs from the same tour is one thing but releasing an album almost exactly the same as Wembley I cant see happening.

If I was a betting man I would go for Hammersmith '79 if they have the multi-tracks, if not Montreal '81.
I love you for your mind baby give me your body.
