I agree with you all. Haha.
Did they not also have Grow Old With Me on offer from Yoko?

we've no ancestral halls, no haughty portraits on our walls, no family monuments at all, unless it's my cousin sheila's stupendous clevage.
and another song i think. the name escapes me at the moment though. it was george who didn't want to release them

Exactly my thoughts! I hate that guy! But to be honest, he was the real genius among the Beatles and even though I prefer Lennon as a person, I have to admit that Paul was the better songwriter, atleast when they were in the Beatles, even though I don't prefer him as a songwriter either...
Anyway, Ringo rules. Yellow Submarine is awesome. Has anyone seen that Paul McCartney advertisement for some insurance company or something like that. It was kinda funny, especially how it happened not too long after Dylan appeared in the Victoria's Secret ad...

I doubt that the other Lennon songs had potential as singles.....

He's got a lot of very pretty demos, but none of them would've gone down as well as Free as a Bird or Real Love.

Having said that; I would love to have heard them do something with "Help Me to Help Myself".

And I still think the 'Threetles' should've done ONE song together so the 3rd Anthology had a new single to go with it!!
Aaah, yes. I do love that song.

'What's-a matter with this thing? It is a sticking on my foot...that is why we are having all these interruptions'

I'd also like to know the source of ThomasQuinn claiming Paul didn't want to play at Woodstock fo' not enough casheroosters.

This thread is reminding me that I really need to update my CD collection.

The Beatles were the first group I really got interested in. Then, Queen. Got the vinyls.

I managed to update my Geo. Harrison collection on CD, and then my Queen collection on CD, but I haven't done so yet with The Beatles.

Same here.
I would like to hear Carnival of Light before I die.

Yes, I don't care. Just gimme some truth, all I want is the truth.

Also I'd like to hear a full version Another Day as recorded during the Get Back sessions. *mumble*
