Awww...Thanks Donna13.
But in the end, it's her choice. We've offered our advice, and that's the most we can do. It's her decision. As it sounds like she's going to do it anyway, then at least when she is hurt and things all go to hell in this circumstance, our conscious' will be clear because we did all we could to prevent the pain that she WILL experience through this stupidity.
No sense in us worrying about it. If she comes crying to all of us if she gets pregnant, gets an STD or when her boyfriend breaks up with her, then that's it. We all tried to warn her...

Well, her boyfriend WILL break up with her, or vice-versa...it's just a matter of time.
Well...
Just remember - in the kind of school you're in at fifteen, this can spread around (and I don't mean STDs). Sure, this never really stops when people "grow up" - but most of the people your age aren't as ready to deal with having your ex-boyfriend having told people you're bad in bed or who goes and tells his friends all about what you did. You might also want to talk to people about how sex effected their relationship. Depending on how you both "deal with it", there are a lot of people who break up because of it (or because how it "changed" something).
And I'm not being hypocritical here. I'm seventeen and I haven't had sex. Funny thing is, when I was about fifteen was when I wanted to have it the most. Now, I really just don't care. Sure, I think about it, but I've been "thinking about it" since I was nine years old (and that's not me trying to be funny).
I'm certainly not planning on "saving myself" for marriage. Sure, I know people much younger than myself that have had sex - and it's a chance they take, some end up fine, some end up really messed up.
What am I "waiting" for ? I'm waiting for an age where I'm not legally dependant on my parents. Where I wouldn't be having sex in someone's basement or bathroom or the middle of the woods getting prickers on my bum. Basically, I'm "waiting" for a time when I won't have to worry about what my parents will think or do (because, as far as I have witnessed, they have a way of finding out, or at least suspecting).
But what I DO KNOW is where to get tested for STDs, where they sell condoms (and hand out free ones), the laws in my state if I wanted to get birth-control pills, and all my options.
If you're going to have sex, it's more than worth it to be prepared. Especially if you're doing it at an age when you can't really afford to have children. GET TESTED. GET CONDOMS. There's more you can do - but those are pretty easy. If you can't afford to protect yourself that way - you are NOT ready for sex.

"....about something....my friend asked if my boyfriend and i did anything yet.....and i wonder if its the right time to do it.. "
- if you need to ask, then it's not the right time.

I agree with you for the most part, but I would just like to point out that the age of legal consent is 15 and older, so it would not be considered rape.

And if he's under the age of 18 it doesn't count as rape, either, correct? Or am I completely off track here?

Only cos you want to get something done and tell your friends
Well, I'm supposing that by your slightly annoying response, I mean, you asked the damned question, so you're going to get answers.

It depends on where you live...

"If you and your partner are both UNDER the age of consent, neither of you can legally consent to sex and under the law, you are both committing an offence in having sex (although this type of offence is rarely charged)."
I don't know what state she lives in, but she should probably look into it...

There's a time when I just have to give up on people.

Let's not consider it "giving up" on her. Rather, anticipating her new life as a slut!

That depends on the state. In mine, for example, the age of consent is 16. So depending on where she is...that is statutory rape
