It's always been said (an urban myth maybe) that the video wont get an official release due to the small number of camera angles.
I don't think the original poster has confirmed that he can get a copy so let's not get too excited yet.

"Urban myth"? Come on, this concert will never be released. Like someone stated previously, if we EVER see another Magic Tour release (and chances are very small), it'll probably be Budapest.

Record Collector issue no. 154 June 1992 does mention twice about Mannheim being filmed but no details are given that I can see.

I can confirm that ZDF have much more than We Are The Champions, they don't have the complete show but still quite a lot of it. (don't ask me how many minutes / track list because that I don't know).
