I think if Mick Jagger ever said he hated Queen it would be for fun.

yeah on the magic years, he said that when he went to see wembley, he saw the stage and thought that it was maybe even too big for freddie mercury.

Ah, well I wasn't sure before. Anyway...did Saddam Hussein really like Queen? I'm pretty sure that he was a Led Zeppelin fan(this isn't a joke) and at the height of the Gulf War, a certain Radio Station was making a genre transition and decided to play Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven" for 24 hours straight. Listeners became annoyed and gave false alarms to the police like "The DJ had a heart attack", "There's a hostage crisis!!!"; The FBI seemingly took it all seriously and feared that "Led Zeppelin Freak Saddam" must've sent his goons to take over classic rock radio stations and haunt them with continuous plays of "Stairway to Heaven"(Other than being a fan of Led Zeppelin, Saddam was also accused of being a satanist, like Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin was long ago...). But I wonder if he liked Queen...dunno...

Steven Tyler(Aerosmith vocalist) might be a fan. He's a good friend of Roger. Princess Diana was a fan too. I vaguely remember her showing up on TV after Freddie died and said something like Queen was her favourite band. Was only 4 then though... And Phil Collins has also said he was a fan.

Richard E. Grant is a massive fan. He did a Bohemian Rhapsody documentary a few years ago and he recited some of the lyrics as a poem - pretty cool I thought.

Have any of the Queen members ever met or interacted with Bob Dylan? I was just wondering... The song "'39" sounds very Folk Rock-ish. Mutual influence?

John Lennon was a big fan of Queen. I heard on a BBC program called HardTalk Extra that John Lennon listened to Queen a lot(it was his favourite band) and it was Freddie Mercury who inspired him to come out of retirement and start working on his Double Fantasy album.
