I don't know if electric drums exist too, they must... Anyway:
Staying Power: Mostly e-drums and machines, with acoustic cymbals.
Dancer: Ditto
Back Chat: Ditto
Body Language: Almost entirely machines.
Cool Cat: Machines, with e-drums perhaps.

Not that Roger couldn't actually do it... I'm pretty sure he managed to do it live at the Tribute. Still I wonder.

Indeed the fast part was programmed. Maybe Brian did it that way in the demo and they were too lazy to replace it.

Party and The Invisible Man definitely have some real drums on, albeit in addition to the programmed parts. I don't know for sure, but I would be pretty sure that One Year Of Love is actually programmed drums - the rimshot, kick and snare are all too 'clean' to be acoustic, and the pattern is too regular to have been played live.
As Sebastien says, it's often difficult to tell with some stuff whether it is actually Roger playing, but playing an electric kit as opposed to an acoustic one, or whether it is truly fully programmed drums.
I am pretty sure that the 'fast bit' on I Want It All is actually real drums played by Roger, due to slight tempo changes, the cymbal work, and variations in the hi hat opening etc.., but it is more than possible that Roger played several takes and then Brian chopped this up and got the best bits, and the feel that he wanted by pasting the parts together. I remember reading Brian's sopabox where he said that this is what they did with Sleeping On The Sidewalk - he, Roger and John played a few live takes, and then he cut then up and re-arranged in the order he wanted.
I don't KNOW any of this for sure, but am going with my ears as an experienced drummer/musician.
Hopefully when we get good 5.1 mixes of all the stuff we may be able to tell more!

As is most of Queen's material. Listen carefully to Another Oner Bites The Dust and you know how exact Roger can play!
