Is 'The Call' the worst Queen song ever?

I honestly feel embarrassed for them when I hear the The Call. Sure the sentiment is nice but it does not work for me. It sounds like Brian's soapbox put to music. Perhaps there are outtakes where he sings about hedgehogs and parasite fans.

Deliah is a real Queen song - quirky, silly, fun. One of their best songs. Finally Freddie finding his 70's era again.
Gotta be honest I love the song and eternally grateful to Mr.May for penning it. It rocks - literally. Be a boring world if we all had the same taste in music!
It's not a queen song.
"If there's a God or any kind of justice under the sky If there's a point, if there's a reason to live or die".
Everything except "No One But You" after 1991 is a CRAP-Paul Rogers is clown.Instead Brian to do some thoughtless things i strongly recommend him finally realese all QUEEN unreleased demos and tracks.

Brian,Roger,2009 is too far,dont u agree ??? !!!
"Queen are: Freddie Mercury,Roger Taylor, John Deacon and Brian May"
Good Lyrics !
Queen 2 Forever.
I personally thought "The Call" was excellent at the Mandela concert.

The worst song ever by Mr May was co written with his lovely wife Anita Dobson, it featured on Anita's LP Talking Of Love.

The song in question is "Funny Old Life A'int It". Not only is this awful but I would go as far as to say it's one of THE worst records of all time, Brian your my hero but what on earth possessed you to record this.

Has anyone else had the misfortune of hearing this song?
Anita on vocals! It already sounds scary!
About The Call, I too thought it went pretty good at the Mandela gig.
'Known for the hugeness of my gong' - Roger
this is one thing I have never understood. For a bunch of "fans" everyone on here is pretty quick to list half the queen catalog as crap.
Queen+PR Vancouver 13/04/06 anyone? Please FIND and SHARE it!
Why is it that 'The Call' is called crap so many times? I quite like the sound of it actually.

So you consider a "fan" someone who can't be critical about the band he likes ?

Not half of the catalog but 5-10% of Queen songs = crap, that's for sure. I'd even rather listen to Britney Spears than be tortured by Body Language.
