Gehehe I Loveee The Call
wasn't it the "serious discussions" side of the board?
thumbs up for "the call"
if i have to dislike a queen' song written by brian, it's *someday one day*
Anything too stupid to be said... is sung.
For what it's worth, my least favorite song by each member:

Roger- Don't Lose Your Head
John- Rain Must Fall
Freddie- The Miracle (the fact the Brian loves it makes me try to like it more and more, and it is growing slowly on me)
Brian- The Call (I wanted to include a "Queen proper" Brian song, but I honestly don't dislike any of his pre-1992 output)
Man Made Paradise
Say It's Not True and The Call is crap. Say It's Not True I think is a LOT worse though, crappy vocals too! GROSS! SOUNDS LIKE SHIT!

Deliah is a real Queen song - quirky, silly, fun. One of their best songs. Finally Freddie finding his 70's era again.
Deliah, was not a bad song first time heard, until the "Meows". The Call is what it is, political.
Joyful the sound

Haha the Meows!! I had a mate who used to come round to mine, find my Innuendo CD, put Delilah on full blast and then hang a speaker out the front window for all to hear. Made me cringe. Still does.

Worst single for me is IWTBF - aimed at the mums market I think. Even the video can't save it.

The Call - not bad live, bit of energy to it.

It has certainly nothing to do with the old Queen-songs, but
I like the instrumental track. Not sure about Brians voice in that case..

The song in question is "Funny Old Life A'int It". Not only is this awful but I would go as far as to say it's one of THE worst records of all time, Brian your my hero but what on earth possessed you to record this.

Has anyone else had the misfortune of hearing this song?
You are SO right, Lee! Funny Old Life is absolutely one of the worst songs ever written!
I enjoy it, but pretty much everything else Brian has written trounces it.

I'd rather have sex with Britney Spears than listen to her music. And take from that what you will...

Erm... you're gay?

V. [shocked!]
I'm as mad as HELL, and I'm not going to take this anymore!
What the hell is "The Call"?? It isn't on any of their albums and I sure as hell have never heard of it until now. Probably one of these silly ass solo things Brian or Roger did.
Dislocate your spine if you don't sign.....He say's I'll have you seeing double
