I wasn't actually thinking of going to this show, but I ended up getting tix for the second date at Giants Stadium.
Truth is... I love seeing Muse live, even though they are not the headliners.
...and I hope U2 plays a lot of the early 80s stuff, which is definitely their best.
I also hope Bono keep his yap shut about Africa. It's not like I don't care about poverty, but I don't need a millionaire rock stars making me feel bad about people in need when I just spent 100 bucks to watch them perform.
P.S. I'm more than sure that if Muse won't headline dates in the States in 2009, they will do for sure in 2010.

Tickets for the GA Dome U2 show go on sale Monday. Although Atlanta is slightly closer, I'm wondering if it would be better to go to the Raleigh show. Surely, the stadium would be smaller. I don't like the thought of waiting in a herd of general admission people, but I'd want a good spot. Hmm....what to do?

Ok I know I'm going to get slaughtered for this...I'm going to see New Kids on the Block in June. Go ahead...make fun. I was in the 8th grade I think when they came out and I loved them. I'm going with a bunch of girls from work and we plan to drink beer and hang tough!

My girlfriend actually wanted to see them badly. I'm not a fan of their music (no hatred, just not my thing), so I didn't really pay attention. She still wants to see them sometime. I'll probably be dragged along.
