Unfortunately not. The CDDA specification requires 16bit / 44.1kHz wave files, this DVD has 32bit/96kHz wave. If you want to listen to it on CD, download the 16b/44.1kHz flac files which were also shared here

I thought it was 24?
Either way, converting it down to 16 bit kind of defeats the purpose of using DVD-A, unless someone wants the speed corrected version and doesn't mind the quality reduction. You definitely do hear digital artifacts at 16 bit, as the recording is so good to begin with.

Cool Edit Pro claims it's 32/96, I haven't checked it in anything else

That's interesting - the original shares were written up as 16bit and 24bit. Can I ask a stupid quesiton? Why author this as a DVD-A, why not just share the remastered audio files? Does DVD-A offer something extra?

I burned this to DVD-A basically so that I could listen to it on my stereo. Computer speakers just don't do this recording justice.

Just checked the official DVD-A spec - it only supports a maximum bitrate of 24 bit so as that's what the original files were encoded at, I'm guessing that's what's on the disc.

Ah I see. So I'm assuming then that the DVD-A is encoded as LPCM stereo or is it lossless PPCM?

Strange. I don't understand why CEP claims it's 32 bit
