Shall I be buying this? Yes. ========================
Why not? It's the 25th anniversary from Wembley. So with this new format DVD with both shows and extra's, a new cover from Wembley would be a nice welcome to make a clear difference between the old and the new version. I'm Not complaining at all as I stated that this is great news!!. I just being a bit critical about the cover. As a marketing/ branddirector I know what difference the packaging of a product can do.... but it's obvious their choice not to replace it

Ah .. hurrrrrrr. This is gonna be one for bittorrent I'm afraid. I wouldn't mind watching the Friday show, but I can't really justify buying Wembley again - I've seen it a billion times anyway.

I think it's fantastic to get a new show completely on film. A great release after a long time of waiting for something special.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE....
To anybody...
DO NOT ask 'Why is it not on blu-ray/' and NOOOOO it's not because they will re-release it a later date to make more money.
I'm not going to explain why it will not and should NEVER be released on Blu Ray (all be done before). If you don't understand it now, you never will! and should have stayed on VHS.
Let's end that one right here, unlike some of the comments on QOL comments page....DUH!

Yes, i ask why this is not released on Blu-Ray. And it's not wrong if i ask for it. Just read what i have to say about that.
Like memory cards, CD's, DVD's or a Hard Disc Drives, Blu-Ray is a MASS STORAGE DEVICE, not an HD format. If it wasn't like that we would still be using the audio and video cassestes. But no, we now use DVD's, and some people use Blu-Ray. Just ask yourself why.
Blu-Ray offers far more capacity storage than a DVD. I know Wembley was filmed on videotape and not film, but if Wembley would get an Blu-Ray release, picture quality would be as close to the original video mastertapes as possible, with no compression artifacts all over the place like the 2003 DVD release very noticable on LCD/LED/Plasma screens. But there's no Blu-Ray release, so i hope, at least, that they have corrected this for this new release.
People have to stop thinking that Blu-Ray is, as someone sayd on Queenonline comments, for 16mm, 35mm, 70mm FILM HDV, 720p, 1080p etc video content only. No it's not. Blu-Ray is for having a copy as close as possible to the original masters, audio and/or video.

Great. Now we need teasers. A new mix? Bring it on. Complete Friday concert? Woo-hoo. Seemed the better concert of the two.

Reading your post, Ren Sen, my question is: Why does an announce and request forum exist on this webside for collectors of footage and recordings of shows when these shows are the same as you think they are?
kind regards W.

Isn't the very long expected "Houston 77, Earls Court, Hyde Park or Hammersmith", but "something is something", at least is not the re-re-realease without bonus tracks.
