Nope still cant open the link. I think this is a great release, yea it should have come in 2003 but what the heck its here now so lets hope it signals the start of more unreleased concert DVDs. Just one question to all the folks unhappy about this :
How would you all have reacted if the Friday show had been shared here a few days ago, ya know for free ?

Looks like most of the extras from the 2003 release are missing, which is good news in the fact that we won't be paying for exactly the same stuff yet again just to get a bit more!
Personally I'd like to see a special edition of this presented on a Bluray disc, JUST to make use of the extra storage capacity. One of the best things on the 2003 release (which looks like it's missing from this one), were the single camera angles for each band member. I'd love nothing more than to have the full concert on a disc taken from the camera that's right behind (and above) Roger! Of course. That would make it a release for "the fans" rather than the general public, so it ain't ever going to happen :(
Hey gary. It would be nice to have the FULL rehearsal footage as well you know, or would that also make it a "fan" release rather than one for the general public?!
Good see the Friday night gig in full though, so I can't complain too much: at least we ARE getting something new and worthwhile this year.
Let's hope next year finally brings us the FULL Hammy 75 DVD and also the Rainbow 74 DVD....

That's really strange. It will probably go up on QOL anyway. At the bottom of the cover it now reads: Both Legendary Nights (in red), with previously unseen bonus features plus Saturday night on CD. 2 DVD and 2 CD set (in white).

Well it could be:
a 8,5 GB disc?
Gary, Why did the team decided to go for the exact same picture and font-colors?

Wasn't the last release 2x dual layer disc? Honestly. mpeg2 bitrate goes up to 7800 for the video side of things on a DVD and they should damn well use it to minimise the possibility of artefacting - something seen even MORE clearly on modern TV's....!!!!

I would also like to say that I hope they've done the job RIGHT and not bloody well cropped anything to 16:9!!!!! It was shot in 4:3 and should be presented as such, and the sooner the people at QPL realise that the better.

Gary, is there any chance this might get a release on Blu-ray ?

Gary - you can use only "small" letters in the file name - the extension can't be JPG but it has to be jpg. If you use capital letters the file will be uploaded, but it can't be downloaded - it's one of many, many QZ bugs.
As to the release - FINALLY something worth buying this year, great work !
Is there any chance you could add all what you have from Knebworth ? It has also the 25th anniversary this year :-) Or maybe the TV reports from various Magic concerts ?
