Freddie's documentary "The Great Pretender" is leaked

thought the hundreds of hours of recent findings of unused footage, would allow QPL to put 1h extras on a blu-ray release? or is that again too much to ask for .... just disappointing

the documentary leaked was the bonus feature

I think that I read that it will be have a more extensive interview to Montserrat and something more on the bluray extras

Too bad it hasn´t bonus, but i imagined it when i see the runing time at "Amazon"...
Apart of it... i wonder HOW it could be leaked even for a few minutes??

doubt that. I watched two videos 30 minutes each. The rod stewart bit and MJ snippet included. It was taken down by the time I got to the third part. I doubt the bonus features are 60+ minutes when there's 107 minutes total, eh?

I say again, there's extras. On the press release says that this is the extras:

-Freddie Mercury goes solo
-Extensive interview with Montserrat Caballe
-Barcelona 2012, the making of the album

the leaked quality wasn't that bad at all, it was 480p. I watched 3 parts, which was 90 minutes long, and the documentary is 107 minutes long so the parts of documentary that weren't leaked are (only) 17 minutes long + those 3 extra parts on DVD.

I'm not going to comment on the documentary because I don't want to spoil it for others here who haven't watched it

Don't give two shits about the legalities of a leak. I love watching this stuff. I'll buy the DVD when I can.

Just saw the two segments on Vimeo. Love it. Familiar sources of interviews, but different stuff being used. Some great rare footage. Can't wait to buy the full thing.
