Yeah, You`re right, this is another re-release. I have tones of this re-release, but now this is something new and I hope I can throw all my tones of VHS for new DVD release aka your so called re-release.
At last, I finally agree with you on something ... Merry Christmas :-)
This is sarcasm, isn't this?

Bob agree with Anton...today is the "famous" 12/21/12 so, it means the end of the World?? :-)
World should be ending in 2 hours if my memory serves correctly.

If this is released it will be the best thing they've put out in years. Re-release or not, and regardless of Freddie's form, vocally speaking, it'll still be something which we don't currently have, which is a document of their fantastic stage show as they performed it in the early-mid 70's (as an official release, without any songs chopped up into 'medley's and whatnot).
For once, no.

So keep it up.

They have two nights to work with, so they should be ok. Maybe they recorded other shows from the era too. Either way, I'm sure the product will be brilliant in the end. They haven't released a bad concert DVD yet.
doubles the chances of continuity errors...be really funny if freddie actually wore different outfits in successive nights for the same songs....so the dvd makes him look like he changed outfits once and back again during the same song

This has got DoR written all over it; another hatchet job to add to the Queen canon - audio from one show sync'd to film from a different night and it'll be glaringly obvious.

I'd rather they didn't bother.

That should have read: "...DoRo written all over it"

I think those who are preparing for the release of this concert aren't fools. They know for sure (I hope) that we'll see some differences anyway.

Jimmy Page worked from three nights at Earls Court 75 for the LZ DVD and it looks/sounds fine to me.

What i will say is completely off topic, but i don´t know why they don´t work with Hammersmith 79... they have it complete, it has good sound, It has good video quality, it has one Freddie very similar to the ultra famous 80´s one (only without the moustache), it has a great set list, and it was a GREAT rock performance.

I agree with you. Hammy 79 is an amazing concert, and I either fail to understand why they don't work on it. It would make a great release.

Personally, I consider this concert one of the best in the whole Queen live history. It's amongst my favourites.
