By the way does somebody as the video version of the Invisible Man with Queen alone? Not the one in B/W but the one that was presented at a convention?

Bored and reading old posts after a month absence. Question for the old guard. ..

IS THERE AN ALTERNATE QUEEN ONLY VERSION OF SAID MUSIC VIDEO?

I've never heard of this. Is the poster confusing the song with THE MIRACLE or was there an actual QUEEN ONLY video produced prior to editing?

Yep, but I'd already mentioned that, about half way up this page. :)

Ah, but what about Drowse, I Go Crazy, or Radio Ga Ga?

Yep, but I'd already mentioned...wait a minute! :)
Gullibility and credulity are considered undesirable qualities in every department of human life -- except religion.

So, y'all talked about how much Brian shredded, and i came up with possibly his most "shreddiest" work on Who Needs You, and all you guys talk about is slide guitar haha
no one mentioned Starfleet Project??? :D

Eddie probably 'shreds' more than Brian on that (of course), but there's some sweet lead guitar by Brian all over the place......
I'll take you to the Seven Seas of Rhye

Not that version. There's another one out there with Queen only with light but no actors...

"He knew exactly what was going on. He knew that was his last performance, he could barely stand." Roger Taylor commenting on Freddie's last video appearance.

I'm not sure it was leaked on the internet, but I know by a member here, which I don't remember the name, told me he saw it at a convention a few years ago. Will it be released one day? I don't know. Let me remember the name of the member and I'll pm you.

If you want to find someone who keeps playing the same solos year after year, just watch any Carlos Santana video. He has a smoking band and all, but he's been playing the same licks since Woodstock. But that tone is ever so sweet, so all is forgiven.

Check out "Son's Gonna Rise" with Citizen Cope feat. Carlos Santana, it has some great guitar playing and sound.

Chuck Norris never sleeps, he waits...
Santana is a great player but, like Wizard has said, he does play basically the same thing over and over. His solos seem to use the same patterns repeatedly.

One of the things that makes BM's solos interesting is that he very often take the vocal melody line as a starting point and constructs very musical solos. His playing their for is different from song to song.

His live solo has changed and progressed through the years which is obvious to anyone who really listens.
