I have compared the shots of the new source with those of the old one, they are identical except at the point where Freddie begins to sing the 2nd verse:
in the old version the camera was framing Roger, then the same camera turns to Freddie who is about to start the verse
in the new version they have shortened the frame of Roger then they changed the camera framing freddie for a moment before he started the verse... much better! :-)

Excellent observation, I was wondering if there were new edits or different shots being used for this release :)

Nice catch dude! I didn't notice that. I hope they made changes to in the lap of the gods revisited. The camera stays on his hands for a while.
