Thanks mate. This is a great year for official releases, and for fans sharing. cheers.
I'm a long time queen fan from back in the late 70's. Favourite albums are Queen II and Blue Rock. Cheers to everyone from Melbourne, Aus.

Thank you so much Dave for this fantastic gem ! The audio quality needs to be improved but you one can get used to the stuttering. Anyway, we know know that there's much to seen yet from the 70's era and "the bigger the better" interview.
When the hell Rhys will again work on some Freddie/Queen project ? This material needs someone with passion to take care of.

I can't find the words to say thank you!!
I'm seeding at this moment.
This video is the one which has the Prophet's Song footage from Earls Court 1977, isn't it?

Somebody's gonna be pissed ....
What's the sound quality if I may ask?[/QUOTE]

Thanks for sharing but the sound track is quite awful, loud fluttering.
Not complaining, just pointing it out.

Yes, there´s some background noise.

Dave76, is your tape with this noise? If not, maybe a trusted Queenzone member can do the transfer for you. I hope you don´t feel offended that we are remarking the noise issue. We weren´t expecting it, after we saw this video:

Maybe it´s not the same source?

And Dave76, a big thank you one more time. Fantastic share!

This documentary is great!
I´m still watching it, and trying to process everything i´ve seen so far. They have the German TV performance of "The great Pretender" by Freddie Mercury. Good to know that.

Yes, this is the tape that has that noise problem. If someone is a magician in improving the sound, that would be great. It's nice to hear all these great reactions. This is what QZ is all about, sharing with each other. I'm sure more interesting things in the can may be come up in the future. This one is one of the biggest from that can.

Indeed - the clip is from the second night, June 7. Previously unseen.

Very unlikely. This is from a poor VHS playback. You'd need the original tape, which is probably in fine shape. The heads of the VCR just weren't aligned right (or possibly just a bit dirty), so it just needs a new transfer.

Thanks for getting this out there !
