I smell cattle???

But Brenski..........he now has changed the timeline to............"I have chatted with Wayne Sleep"! Previously it was a 'friend' that 'knew' Wayne Sleep!!

As has been mentioned Gezza.........proof?? Newspaper cuttings, articles??? You seem the type that would relish your achievements so....surely you have some archive of that?? Christ....my bro's and I have all our newspaper cutting from our 'pseudo-lame' claims to fame from the late '80's/early '90's when we were a gigging band.

I have very little reason at this point to believe Gerry is even telling the truth with his newest claims.
Narcissists higher up on the scale have a bigger tendency to lie about their achievements, and they usually evade or create new excuses when confronted about their claims.
I have an in-law relative who is very much like this, and Gerry's behaviour bears a lot of similarities.

Of course, I would love to be proven wrong, and unlike Gerry I WILL admit when I am actually wrong.

Your bluff, Gerry.

absolutely! - you couldn't have put it better fella. he's an attention-seeking narcissist - and there's no doubt at all he'd:
1] not have kept copies, or
2] not be able to reply immediately quoting the dates and newspapers these "articles" appeared in
from my own experience - i have two minor brushes with celebrity.
i have an original Python script that their publishers sent me when i picked up on a error in one of their books, and
I still have the article in the Daily Mail where my "exchange" with a prisoner was published.

one other thing: he goes on about "his collection" of queen stuff...i can guarantee 100% that i've sold 20+ years ago stuff (from my own collection) that he (gezza) never even knew existed...

HA Ha well your all full of christmas spirit bitching on about me! lol
The article i mentioned is real, but why should i have to prove it by producing a scan on here?
I have nothing to prove to anyone on here, so if its about brownie points then forget it i am more grown up than wanting to prove myself like
a little school girl.
Secondly i do not brag about everything like inu-liger, just to get folk to respect who i am.
I am like marmite you either like me or you don't, simples.
You will be surprised to know that i do know whats been available on Queen Brenski, have you forgotten i have been a fan 41 years!
Ive got collectors stuff from Japan, China, USA, Etc... and i know and seen it all, so that squashes your limp claims that i have never seen things you had on Queen - wrong!
i have master copies on Cd from news of the world, concentrating on seperate vocals and guitars , drums, bass on seperate tracks.

I've also been a fan of then since'74 and was very, very avid until I grew into adulthood and became less immature.
That's not to say I'm less of a fan - I went to concerts and bought the vinyl!!

There are fans here that only got into them after Fred's demise and they know more about stuff than I do!!! Length of service doesn't make you more knowledgeable or even more of a fan due to this.

Here's an analogy for ya:
Guitarist A think's he is a better player cause he's played for 15 years. Guitarist B has only played for a year.

Has to be true doesn't it??

Not at all.....!

In 15 years, A has practised (read noodled) maybe 20 minutes here and there. B has put in proper practise, scrutinising his efforts and working on them to make them better. He puts in at least 2 hours 'proper, critical' time every day.

Result - B is far better than A due to this.

That's what we have here with the younger folk Gezza.
It surprises me the amount of knowledge that members here have and haven't bragged about.

So you have the pseudo-multi's on cd? 'Get Down Make Love' was leaked and there were the Rockband 'stems' that were released a few years ago. 'WWRY and Champs'.

I doubt very much that you have anything more from NOTW.

vocal harmony: are you for real what you just said?
Beatles, Stones, Zep, Rush, etc better musicians than Queen, your having a laugh.
No one is greater than Brian May & Freddie is an outrageously amazing vocalist, and John Deacon is a very versatile Bass player and Finally
Rogers drumming is second to none, a water tight four piece rock outfit, that knocks spots off everyone else around and rightly so.
Queen blew everyone of those artists away at "Live Aid" and that included all the rest in the states!
Yes. Do as the brick wall stated.

Please.
Once again, to the Seymours who continue to feed this: all you tend to do is lower yourselves to this level. Can you please stop?

Please.

Five pages of this, that could have ended after the initial post.

you didn't really answer my question properly:

unless you consider bootlegs as rare...in which case i you'll be in for a shock if you ever need to sell them. i used to have both Duck Soup and Warehouse on vinyl - and never considered either "rare" - they're bootlegs - ffs.

i'll ask again...what is the rarest original official release you own?

How about "The Hot space" sessions on cd? very rare and interesting to listen too.
Bootlegs are valuable sources of collectors items, and i have seen them selling for huge amounts of cash.
Records Collector in the past listed Queens bootlegs, and said they were very precious things to own.
i do not own many official original releases only bootlegs whether on tape, Dvd or CD.
The only official releases are those items like studio albums or Dvds like "Magic Years" which i have on Dvd.
I could not tell you what the rarest item is that i have as all my collection is packed away at the moment, but
i do have some lovely things on the band.
