What about Hammersmith, can you share more details? It will be an standalone release or they will put more shows on the table like with Live at Rainbow?

I don't have full details on Hammersmith. Things always change. I remember back in Sept. the band were considering releasing it as part of a box set with Hyde Park, Earls Court and Houston. But I think that has changed ever since.

So... They thought about making a comprehensive historical collection of their best years on the stage, which would have been a critical success and loved by the fans. And instead they decided to release just the one show which was already remastered for television and, broadcast five years ago.

Is anybody surprised?

Give them time, if that news are true, is simply great, it means, Hyde Park, Houston and Earl's Court are relaseable and at some point they will see the light of day.

I've got Houston on bootleg for about twelve years.
If they nix the 3 gigs I probably won't be buying all of them.

Why wait around 30 years just to get an authorized version. Go find a new band... enjoy life as it is.

But dear God DO NOT go out and follow a DJ.... what a fucking joke.

Only extremely naive musically ignorant hot and admirably retarded women go for that shit.

Dreamers ball (fake trumpet and trombone = hilarity) with John on supposedly fretless bass. .. That's an incredible gig. Before i learned of traders and before napster, subsequently YouTube. . You'd never hear those tapes.
The longer they wait the worse the chances of an audience.

Disgusting it is. *(yoda talk)

Err... No. It means that somebody suggested releasing them, and Brian and/or Roger decided they were NOT going to be released.

The market for music videos is dwindling every year, and every year that passes makes it more unlikely the concerts will ever be released. The only reason why they are releasing Hammersmith is because there are no production costs.

Why does everyone seem to assume that Kevinrm15's remarks are legit?
