Hahahaha. That was funny Holly!

Unfortunately does not unfuck my copy of ANATO though. I've sent the whole box back for a replacement.

It could be Paul Rodgers.

hahahaha, brilliant !
Same quality control as Roger Taylor's The Lot...
we should consider ourselves lucky last year, because the release of Rainbow's box was substantially trouble-free... ;-P
In my case, nobody else has reported the same problem, so I guess it is just a one-off mispressing of that disc.

I would urge buyers to listen to the whole set ASAP though, as after a month it's no longer Amazon's problem and you'll have to go direct to source.

I think that depends on the country one is in, and the laws of that country.
Ah yes. I forgot there's more than one country.

This is the case in the UK though.

I'd be interested to know how many people actually bought the set to listen to and how many bought it because they are collectors or "it looks nice"?

My friend bought it just to put it on a shelf. Bonkers, you can't even see coloured vinyls inside a box!

Personally, the only records I own that I do not play are a few Queen picture discs, and that's just because they sound shit.
The company was kind enough to send me a picture from the quality control process.
Now I `am convinced that the guilt is on the buyers side.

Munich - Cocaine and low taxes ! You can add me on FB - Musicland Munich QZ - don`t miss the QZ !
^ Don't know why, but i was expecting a picture of a bunch of oompa-loompas.
got the box... done Queen through Hot Space,,, onto the Works....

each of the clear vinyl releases have a slight discoloration in them - much like the game as stated earlier in this thread... none of them exhibit any flaws due to pressing.. they just look imperfect to light - i'm fine with this...

the game - in grey - is also very flawed in terms of the matrix color... however, this particular vinyl pressing was outstanding in terms of sound quality... i have a few CDN copies and a mint Japan vinyl of the Game... this one has best definition in sound... no inner groove distortion, no ticks, nothing. in fact i was able to pick up on some synth sounds in Save Me (last song on Side 2, therefore normally subject to at least some inner groove distortion) that I can't remember ever noticing before... so there you have it..

More on the game.. if you look at the book that came with the box... the vinyl pictured also has some slight "marbling"... nowhere near the photos posted or the copy i have... but there's something imperfect about it.
anyone get the box and actually pick up the regular vinyl reissues (2015)?

wonder if they sound better vs. same?
i just bought the regular Made in Heaven 2LP and it's probably the only one I will be buying since of course it's all overpriced and I have the original pressings.

This one sounds fine though, good to have all of the album on vinyl.
