The DVD is 704x576 resolution which allows for a slightly higher bitrate, so you would have to convert the audio to AC3 (as LPCM audio might cause some problems) That's how I made my DVD and I'm happy with the result as there was no need to re-encode the video.

i agree with the real wizard, it would be great to have this in the best possible audio and video quality available.

Nice quality Kurgan.
Why dvd?
MKV would allow best possible video + lossless audio combined.

I won't bore you with my reasoning as it involves a comfy sofa and large screen TV.
MKV would of course support lossless audio, and there are plenty of people on here capable of creating such a file.

^ You can send the video stream to any of us and we'll make a MKV version with lossless audio.
Don't forget my collection of demos and outtakes: http://goo.gl/uQARhn PM me if you want any [leaked] multitrack. Ya se ven los tigres en la lluvia.

Technically, i can do it, but what's exactly your Houston VIDEO source? Cause I haven't got any 704x576 copy of it.

DepeX:

1) Check your PM box.
2) That video Kurgan is talking about is from his own collection.
