No not for this year though 2 producst will be before december released.
So we should not expect an official release of HP this year.
Maybe QP will choose a 30th anniversary concert?

Thanks for the info
I guess it would be shocking to suddenly see a link if you are not psychologically trained first: some conversation on deinterlacing algorithms, some pictures of the tape on the kitchen table.

I love a bit of humor here. :)

And Hyde Park toilet paper with each frame of video lovingly reproduced on each sheet. Full colour with the original 4:3 aspect ratio.

Hi Sikke,

Thank you for your reply, you may have access to a "common version" which does not need repair (as well as having the full single camera version). For the rest of us there is significant picture and audio break up at 20:31:10 during White Queen and at 20:47:00 during The March Of The Black Queen just to give a couple of examples. (The damage that I mentioned in my first post during You're My Best Friend occurs at 20:40:17). Also there is an odd fluttering effect throughout which, as far as I can tell, does not appear to be present on the single camera version.

Thank you for your offer to share.
Thanks for the clips. You're My Best Friend also goes a bit wonky on the QTV version and the very beginning of the concert intro is also missing. Is it possible for flac uploads as the audio is a bit muffled on your KYA wide angle youtube clip.

Perhaps the audio could be uploaded in flac?

Hi Sikke,

Thank you very much for those clips, your version clearly does not contain the same video and audio damage that I was referring to that exists on the common circulating versions! (Both QTV and non QTV have the same damage).

I don't want to push my luck too far or cross some sort of line by asking but I just wondered what you meant when you said that you were willing to share i.e. do you mean clips to repair the damaged sections or the whole thing?

Thanks again for the share, it is much appreciated.

Kurgan, please don't pay attention to aristide1 dialogue about the good and the bad. Just let him write alone. Don't even bother to mention or reply him, please.

Thanks.
Don't forget my collection of demos and outtakes: http://goo.gl/uQARhn PM me if you want any [leaked] multitrack. Ya se ven los tigres en la lluvia.

Thank you very much Ghostwithasmile. I've been listening to the two HP videos you posted the whole day. Best quality I've seem and the video is great. No audio/video damage which indicates that this is a much better copy than the ones circulating.

I'll make a fresh transfer of the intro from my tape of the 'Free In The Park' bootleg using my Sherwood HX-PRO deck.
Is this still an audio project?, I've lost the plot a bit.

You've lost the plot because it is not clear what "project" you have in mind. A restoration or a mix of sources? Although your lack of response to the generous yet elusive offer of another source is an obvious answer.
Maybe third tape lucky, as they say.

It means he has a better tape, which he owns it, and it's his tape. The best moment to share (this information) is when somebody else has a tape. Can't be a winner if there are no losers.
Did i mentioned sikke has a better tape?

It's the second time in a short period i hear of such "projects" and I'm just curious how works this kind a partnership.
First you receive applications, select the most reliable one, mail him the files, and then what? He can post the result, or he needs your approval as a producer?
I guess a nondisclosure agreement is mandatory, to protect the original files to become public. Which seems to be your only concern.
