Indeed - as long as the QTV version runs at the right speed, which in this case it does.

There's a bit of trial and error, but it works, as long as there are no cuts in either version.

What the real wizard could do is download the free in the park youtube clip and tell you what adjustment he uses to correct it in audacity.

Ok, I took track one of Real Wizards Free In The Park share and measured the length at 3.22786
I then cut the same section out of my transfer and made it the same length, the speed up worked out at 3.166%
Does this sound right now?

Many thanks for the HP Youtube songs, Ghostwithasmile. They are the best quality I've seen and heard. There is still some slight "quivering"/flutter on Fred's voice but maybe he was nervous or had a sore throat ! I must listen again to the officially-released HP song ("39" I think). With other copies of this "Holy Grail" video, the audio flutter/quiver/waver makes it a hard, unpleasant listening experience, sadly...

Not sure if it's 100% correct, but it does "sound" correct at least to my ears. Both Bob Harris' voice sounds like its having the correct pitch, the taped intro sounds having the correct pitch and speed.
