It's time we knew and saw the truth that Freddie wanted us to see and hear. So let's make this year special, if there's any truth behind this. We want to fucking know now. I read some where that Doro production was involved in the movies that Freddie recorded during he's final time.
Would you really like to see Freddie in that state ? As some posters on this forum, wiser than me, said many times, if these videos were really recorded, they were unreleased and kept in the archives/destroyed for a reason.
We already know how devastating effects can have this terrible disease on one's body. Seeing Freddie so frail, in even worse state than on the TATDOOL video shoot, would devastate anyone who has at least a bit of love for him.

Not at all my friend. I think it was he's story he wanted to tell,no glamour just the truth. I would very much listen and see to what private Freddie would say and do though it would be hard.

Queen production didn't want to taint the Queen machine with the truth, therfore it's not yet released or maybe destroyed.

As much as I love Freddie I would never want to see him in that state.. suffering. Watching a man die. But would I watch it.. maybe idk. But still it's just weird. Just watching Days Of Our Lives outtakes makes me feel sad and it sucks watching this amazing artist suffer during his work.
Like I said would I watch it if it was released idk probably. Would I like it to be released? No!

In the midst of his pain and obvious need for privacy, I cannot see Freddie making some sort of personal manifesto to be broadcast post mortum. What he did wish to leave us was his (and the band's) music and the odd video. In these we see and hear his strength, wit, and musical talent.

This makes those rumours about 'Don't Try So Hard' suddenly seem more believable.

More tabloid bullshit.
We can be almost completely certain that there is no footage of Freddie of any kind after May 1991.
This morbid curiosity really needs to come to a grinding halt.
He left us what he wanted us to see, end of.

There's nothing after TATDOOL.
Even that was almost too much. The colour behind the scenes footage was very sad and showed the suffering the poor man had to endure.
BTW a lot of what was printed in the tabloids after he died, we now know for certain was not factual.

I respect your comments and knowledge here but morbid is the wrong word. Truth, I don't trust Brian or Jim, they would do anything to keep the perfect image of this. Brian in that interview in Days of our lives docu, when he say something about protecting Freddie and guess we lied just seems so fake.

Who ever said that the videos are from this or that time frame, he had Aids for some years u know...

Point is how weak and sick he looked, not that he had AIDS. You can have terminal cancer slowly growing in your body and yet still look fit as a fiddle.

Well, it isn't.
Considering the stigma against gay people at the time, the media would've been 10x slimier than they were while just thinking he *might* have AIDS.
So they had to keep it quiet.
In fact, they could've lied forever, but Mercury decided to tell the truth the day before he died. That concert in 1992 was a huge deal in educating the public about AIDS and safe sex.
What's your theory?

The idea of some magic AIDS film popping up is a bit ridiculous to me. Sure, we've seen snippets of Freddie behind closed door - personal parties, gatherings, etc. We also know how sick this poor man was and how terribly he suffered.
Let's not forget that Fred didn't even tell those closest to him for some time. The Innuendo era videos showed Freddie either disguised or absent or hidden in blacks and whites.
Fred wanted to say "I love you" and he did.
Knowing that Freddie was extremely against most interviews, do you really think he wanted to sit in front of a camera for anyone during his illness? The way the entire thing was hidden from the Press pretty much proves to me that this is something Freddie would have never done...and if he did, it was certainly never meant for the public to see.
TATDOOL, and the behind the scenes footage are hard enough to watch. Who the hell would want to see a video from July or August when Freddie was really ill??
I understand the morbid fascination behind seeing celebrities "out of their element", but what good is it going to do the Queen community to watch a man struggling to keep his shit together in the face of his own mortality?
