Oasis had a few good songs, lots of swagger but really 20 levels below Queen. Liam's big mouth helped sell things but ultimately a shit singer propelled by his brother's nice songwriting.

I don't mind that he doesn't like Queen because everyone should have a preference with they provide 'valid examples' why they like and/or don't like certain things. Liam's reasoning for not liking Queen doesn't really make sense because he wasn't able to provide examples of Brian's guitar sounding like "he’s got it clogged in his ass". That sort of comment is similar to person saying I don't like Queen because of Freddie's sexuality and his AIDs diagnose.

Liam is one of the few real rock stars left. All the others only say things their PR agent approves. I'm glad there's still someone out there who clearly states what he likes and what not, even if I don't share this particular opinion.
Btw, his latest album is great and sold about 100.000 records in the UK in one week. Neither Queen nor any of the members released anything comparable since 1995.

When I was in teenage years I liked to listen some songs of Oasis, but frankly, I didn't like much his voice and way of singing.
I don't like the fact that he is talking about other people in such a way. One is to say his opinion and the other to insult people.

Surely there is a difference between "stating what he likes" and insulting another artist. What exactly has selling 100 000 albums to do with? Does it entitle him to belittle other artists? Once he is 70, will he have sold over 300 million records, written some of the most iconic songs of all times, have obtained a PHD, written books about various subjects, made a difference for AIDS patients worldwide? Then he can think about what he has achieved in life compared to Brian. Probably he will rather be known for drug abuse, drunken fights, and out-of-court settlements with the victims of his assaults. Really very world class Rock'n Roll.
