My first (and last!) attempt at writing a Weird Al parody

NQAS, we have pages on facebook and tumblr as well, but our largest following (and the only place we hold the live chats) can be found on Instagram @Queen_Memes.KL I added a link here a few months ago but that must be...who knows how many pages back now lol.
We originally started the page to make Queen fans laugh, but I held a Q&A one time for an hour about Freddie and got a ton of requests to do more "myth busting" type lives about him as the movie came out. So you can say it's something we didn't intend to do, but are happy to do once a week. I usually prepare a "script" with topic points to address for it and allow 15 min throughout to answer live questions being sent in, but Instagram was throwing a fit this weekend and after the umpteenth attempt at trying to hold the live and having the site crash, I tossed out the script in frustration lol. So this last live was more unorganized and off the top of my head than I like. It's audio only, so I get where people get the "podcast" vibe from lol. Instagram is a great platform to use for it, since it allows followers to ask questions in real time during the live chats and it's fully controlled, so any trolls can be removed and blocked without skipping a beat. No interruptions and plenty of fun chatting with fellow Freddie fans.
A live on the Daughters would be great, TSO. I can definitely go through the thread again and take some notes to cover it. And any message from Thor and Lee to Queen fans I can share over a live as well. I think our followers would really enjoy that.

Most people generally did not develop slide photos years ago. The only time I did so was for end-of-the-year classroom ceremonies. What made you decide to do that? Is photography a passion of yours? When you went to visit Freddie that last time, did you have to bring a projector and screen with you as well? I can’t imagine he would have had those items in his home. I'm glad Freddie had the opportunity to laugh and reminisce with his friends in the perfect setting...what a simple, yet perfect gift!

When I first found this thread I thought How lucky! - they were friends with Freddie Mercury! But now after "getting to know" Thor and Lee through these threads I can see how truly lucky Freddie was to have THEM as his friends!

Thor, in these documentaries they always have the same faces telling things the way they want to tell them. Even Freestone keeps telling the same stories over and over again. I really watched it for the story itself. It's really not all that bad, you just have to ignore the fact that they have Freddie wearing his Live Aid jeans for months and months.
In the movie Bohemian Rhapsody, I also thought the scene at the doctor's office was very well done. The deedoo-part with the patient in the waiting room was just plain stupid, but otherwise it was very good.
It is the worst POS of a film I have ever seen. Cheap with no real actors and just concentrating on Freddies private life. Awful. Are you the one on QZ who is stalking the actor? There seems to be a stalker from QZ whom he reported to the police

I've found that the many people who are projecting this "Freddie was bi" thing are only getting their information from Barbara or Lesley Ann Jones. It's a shame. No matter how many times you tell people that he wasn't, they'll just shoot back "he never came out publicly!"

This leads me to another reason I feel Freddie was so lucky to have met and hung out with the Daughters in NY. For the FIRST TIME in his life he could be open and free with his life and sexuality. I feel by the photos and interviews pre-NY and during and after NY what a change you can see in him. His comfort level, his self esteem, his confidence. What a GIFT he was given by simply meeting and befriending these guys!!! What a life changing difference it obviously made to him and to his life.
Thor and Lee - do you feel this too? I hope it gives you both comfort with the loss of your dear friend to know how much you meant to him and to his life
