Ooohhh, I'm quaking in my boots. Whilst you're "reporting" me, maybe the "head of the site" will be interested in seeing YOUR posts? I've never once had a post deleted here - you've had several. Get that into your junkie head.

Thistleboy were on earth did you get the impression i take drugs? That is really funny.
Just because you say i have had posts deleted does not justify your behaviour towards me.
Now calm down and have a tablet little boy.

I'm calm, don't you worry. I'm having a great time laughing at you, moron.

After the insults you've posted on this and other threads, I would air the opinion that Thistleboy was being a little conservative in his descriptive view.

Ah I see now why we get blank pages at the end of threads. The sheer volume of post deletions on this one is staggering.

Sorry to change back to the original topic, but I recall the day The Game was released, Went down to my local record store, called Harmony House, and bought it. The clerk looked over the album and said, "This one is never gonna sell, they released the single way too long ago,"

It was their greatest of the 80's.

The Works. Queen became too eclectic in the 80s not enough heavy rock.

The Game and The Works are my favourite Queen 80s albums. Both sound great on the original UK vinyl too. The Works never sounded anywhere near as good on CD or any vinyl reissues.

I dunno if that's true. AKOM certainly has heavy stuff - but I guess the lasting memory of that record is the lite fluff that pads it out. Bad track order I think?

Same with The Miracle - it definitely rocks as much as they always did but the sounds they employed soften the rock feeling. Same with Hot Space to the nth degree!

Would be interested to hear what your favorite album is purely down to less eclecticism / more rock? Genuine question :)
