What I just don't get is why they do not use those expensive box sets to offer a nice amount of rare stuff.
For me, the NOTW box would have been great if:
- they included another disc or 2 of studio rarities
- Houston 77 live dvd/blu ray
- downloadlinks to the 2 best/most interesting soundboard recordings they have from eacht tour leg: imagine getting Boston 77 and Inglewood 77 and then something from Europe/UK 78

Yup I bought it too but apart from the raw sessions it was overpriced for sure.
9 CDS 2 double vinyl albums and some goodies plus book. For 140 EUro. The NOTW box almost was that pricey for about 1/3 of the content

Jim Beach announced a forthcoming Miracle box set, which he said would be a BIG package featuring many previously unreleased tracks and different versions to those currently officially available.

You have a strange taste- but on the other hand you like QAL so it does not surprise me. Rain Must fall is the worst Queen song ever- Makes Cool Cat sound like BoRhap. And My Baby does me is not much better. Even TIM is a crappy disco tune. I remember when IWIA was released as the leadsingle I was hoping that TM is a hard rock album again. Half of it was lame subpar pop. Scandal, WIAWI, Breakthru, IWIA TM were great songs almost classics but the rest was pop garbage

Yes, I don't trust on this information. I mean, is one of the weakest albums of the band, and the anniversary years is this year, no next one. And next year is the 40 anniversary of The game and also de 50 anniversary of the band....and is it's like the Live Killers box, well, we will.never get

A Miracle Box set could be great...But it will fail as all Queen products since 25 years ago...
Party, Kashoggi Ship, Breakthru, I Want It All, Scandal, Was It All Worth It, Hang On In There, Hijack My Heart...Enough great songs to consider The Miracle a great album.
