Adam's first albums sold well, even his last album, in light of selling less copies in the USA than Mr. Bad Guy sold in the UK, a country 1/20 the size. But his singles failed. It was obviously poor thoughts on the record company. Maybe they were thinking, "Promote his fucking album before the worship dies down, never mind the singles!"

I just don't know. There was so much promotion on his albums, but little on his singles. They treated him as a novely act, mayve he is one. I do think he could do better, but its not Queen related.
Mister Cosmicc, I Hope you‘re okay? You keep on talking to yourself on an Internet forum and you sound a bit nuts...

if you want to learn more about AL‘s career or have questions about him, wouldn’t it be more sensible to go to a Lambert forum? The fans there can most probably help you much better with numbers or explanations about his career. Just from reading your posts, you don’t seem to talk a lot of rubbish. I mean, I‘m no expert, but I can see that much.

I will try to help you at least a bit, because your information about how the music industry works is a little bit outdated. Or to say it directly: What you describe here would have been true 20 years ago, not today.

You can’t compare the numbers of sold albums or singles from the 80s to today’s music business. People don’t buy music any longer. About 70-80 per cent the artists gets for his music come from streaming.

Here are some links, that should inform for you about today’s music industry:

Oh, like the Hammersmith Apollo, that he sold out on his last tour? I was there with my daughter and the place was filled with 5000+ people. Strange dive bars and toilets are that, that you visit...
lol Lamebert sold out shit. And if it was ages ago. He has no record deal and noone wants to listen to his godawful voice and music

Loved the concerts Freddie put out even though the Adam Worshippers said the sales were meager. Queen made the Guinness Book Of World Records due to their last tour!

I have no questions for that ugly, upper lip smelling man.

Well, don’t hop onto my label then... sales beg to differ.

Sales aren’t dead. There’s billions of 30-130 year olds still buying musically legitimately and physically, more so than digitally.

I‘m sure, he’s going on to sell Hammersmith again on his next tour. Although, it was a bit too small last time... maybe he will do 2 gigs there next year?

As for the rest: go on ranting. I‘ve heard Lambert’s new single twice on radio this past week. And I‘m not even into his music.

If you‘re talking to me: I don’t know, where the single is going. And to be honest, I don’t really care. But someone here wrote, that there was no single. And that’s simply bullshit.

Considering Adam has no promo single, obviously people are fucking up his career even worse. No promo single is the worst thing I’ve ever heard. No wonder his music hasn’t sold for the past 5+ singles.

Then again, if it’s on the radio... it’s been released to DJ’s, maybe digitally?
His promo single is Superpower which has been on some radio stations already but is officially released to radio on 7th October. He put out two singles prior to this but not to radio, presumably to build interest and let people know he was still around as a solo artist and that he was releasing new music soon and Feel Something which he released first was only for fans and not an official single at all (though IMO it should have been).

He's doing a tour next year after he releases side B of the EP which then becomes the full album after the tour with Queen so presumably late next year or maybe part next year and part early 2021, the one off gigs towards the end of this year are just promo gigs and for the fans but not part of an actual tour.

He has no record deal because he's gone indie, you've been told this a ton of times, are you hard of understanding? He has a distribution deal with Empire and is releasing music his own way at his own speed through them, what part of that is hard to understand? And clearly plenty of his fans do want to hear him and want him to tour.

Glamtarts living in a bubble. He surely gave up his MAJOR DEAL at a big company to go INDIE. How stupid are you? He was fucking dropped as the label did not see any returns despite their huge investment. QAL did not help the wanker a single bit. His music has become even shittier. Apart from a few loonies he has no following at all. Selling at his own speed? Yeah he can go to the postoffice himself to sent out his EP to his dozen of ardent fans. His solo career is over and finished. He has zero chart impact his music is shit and he sings like a sheep. End of story. Idiots.

NExt year his EP or double EP or shit like that is completely forgotten. TOuring an EP? Really? 1,5 years after its release? He sold ZERO/NADA/NOTHING due to it being shit music. EVen loonies like CNB are not sold anymore. He is destined to appear in divebars and cruiseships where his core audience will be in the future. Idiots.

You sound a bit demented now lol. Why wouldn't he give up his deal at Warner if they wouldn't support what he wanted to do? Nobody with any integrity would constantly put music out they didn't like or believe in just to keep a record deal unless they needed the money and that's not the case so he decided to go indie and do things his own way, no idea why that concept is so hard to fathom, makes perfect sense to me, I wouldn't be happy being told to make music I just wasn't interested in because some bigwig thought it was the latest thing or whatever.

Whether you like it or not is irrelevant his fans do and that's what matters.

He was fucking dropped from Warner because his shitfest did not sell. You can twist and turn it in your Lamebert bubble as much as you want. Surely he sells it as his wish as it would be embarrassing to tell everyone that he was dropped. Are you really that stupid to believe this? I guess you are as you believe in "Freddie would have loved it" and "Gift from God" as well. How delusional can Glamberts be? Idiots.
