Queen fans well you aint.
That man was so so brave dying and putting up with going blind and his foot rotting away and yous lot think is fucking funny, sick bastards.[/QUOTE]
idiotic post ^
he was no more brave than any other person who is told they're dying. in my book that makes him pretty much typical of the human race at large.

This is one of the most idiotic threads I’ve ever seen. Living life with weird teeth is nothing compared to slowly dying in a painful manor. For the person saying stuff like you can’t make fun of Freddie, it’s ok to criticize or point out he had messed up teeth.

thanks. think it must be a couple of years - or longer.
strange how some things haven't changed:
objectivity in minority, while Stepford lunacy continues to flourish.

@brENsKi Hardly idiotic post think about it Freddie stopped all his meds and still never complained once about dying, he never went into hospital and left his friends to care for him
day in and day out. How many people would do that?
I think Freddie was very brave because not many people truly died in such a devastating way as Freddie, he went blind, his foot was rotting away, he had AIDS
Think about that before you spout off your flippant comments.

hmmm, some things never change - like this ^. I'd been away so long, and completely forgotten how your deep and inspired wisdom fills this place with complete and utter miasma.
you have no idea what did/didn't go down with Freddie. you have no idea if he ever complained, if he wasn't a f*cking pain in the a*se to those around him. all YOU have to go on is the sugar-coated sentimental accounts that have been relayed second and third hand. fact: you weren't there = you don't know.
don't talk to me about bravery - i watched my father and brother die of cancer within 8 months of each other - never complaining, and never being a burden on anyone around them. THEY WERE BRAVE - in the way that NORMAL HUMAN BEINGS face death EVERY single day. I still remember (even now 11 years later) - how a locum called to dad's house in the middle of the night and I was faced with a choice "if we up the dose now, he'll never wake up again". Three days later, he was gone.
My brother? 39 years old. and told (in January) "you may just make it to Easter"...then "you won't last the summer". he battled on to give his three young daughters one last Christmas together. 15 months he survived. that's bravery. Again what NORMAL PEOPLE DO every day.
Freddie (god bless him) was a cossetted celebrity, who, although he may have died horribly, had the best of everything - including medical care around him. He didn't have to wait hours on end for a locum/health visitor to drop by. he didn't have medical appointments shifted at the last minute, or problems with getting pain killers, or other vital medication...oh no - he chose to stop his meds.
As bad as it may have been, I'm sure Freddie's dying and death was a million times more comfortable than than 99.9999999% of all the other worldwide AIDS deaths to date.
You know nothing, continue to learn nothing and are unwilling to even try. Grow up - and think before you insult other people in the way you do.
You're the one making flippant remarks - with absolutely NO thought for actual real life experiences. If you learn anything from this - take a step back (tail between your legs) and think BEFORE you spout sh*t next time.

bRENSKI Calm down you sound like a fucking dog on poppers!
If you have been through all that with your family then you should know better than to say dying from AIDS was no more braver than cancer.
There was no cure for full blown Aids back in 1991 and even though Freddie had the money for anything he desired he could not even save his own life.
You need to put things into perspective and stop bullying to win the argument pal.

Standing ovation.
Nice to see you here again.
Just ignore the adolescent troll trapped in a 50-something's body. You just can't fix him.
