I disagree that they were too busy, i mean Bohemian Rhapsody was recorded in the middle of a tour and only took four hours as such to record.

Oct 5- 20 - Sun City
The only gaps I see - were travel days and - even Sun City (where there was a break) - this was down to Freddie's voice breaking and him needing to rest. It's also worth remembering that the Works Tour wasn't exactly booked to follow a logical map - there was a lot of criss-crossing Europe on that tour - so extra breaks for band and road crew would also be needed.
There was a day off on 6th Sept - but this was the day after Freddie's birthday party for 500 guests @ Club Xenon. So the entire band may well have been "the worse for wear" the next day.
They "may" have had time between the end of tour and the single release (Nov 26th?) - but I suspect after being on the road together, they probably fancied a break from work and each other.
Your Bo-Rhap comparison is a little off target.
Video was recorded Nov 10th
The USA (SHA) tour finished in May, with the Opera Tour commencing Nov 14th.
From Nov 14th - Until Dec 11th EVERY gig was in England (save for one in Cardiff), until Dec 13, 14, 15 & 16 (Scotland) and 24th back to England (London).
So the video for Bo-Rhap was recorded Monday 10th, with the tour kicking off Fri 14th. So, no - it was not filmed (as you claim) in the middle of the tour.

I did read where Brian said the reason a video was not made for "Thank God Its Christmas" was because Queen never really thought the song would be hit!

which it wasn't - haha.
However, you have to accept that there wasn't really time int he Works tour to do so - and the Opera Tour/Bo Rhap comparison you made just doesn't stack up.

Not bothered if my comments don't float your boat there are still my opinions so respect that lad.

Hit is defined by sales success and being well known reach xmas.
Don't know how "not a hit" struck a nerve. Hit is not opinionated. Many bad songs are currently hits.
Anyways. One thing bugged me. There's pretty much zero Queen references in the video. Not just for "branding".. but just for a way to relate it to the band. Not even a group photo.... or four snowmen. ..One with bushy hair

but you clearly made a statement that they recorded the Bo Rhap video in the middle of a tour - they did no such thing!
as i said
video = nov 10th
tour starts = nov 14th

It was filmed during production rehearsals for the tour. But I'm sure you'll claim your miss guided view is correct.

It wasnt an immediate hit. But it has shown stamina with 71 million on Spotify. More than These are the days of our lives, Hard Life, Headlong, One Vision, Friends Will be friends, Who wants to live forever etc

Taking a day out of rehearsals to film a video featuring the stage set up which was part of the rehearsal is different to taking time out of a tour when schedules are tight and many venues have limited space for cameras and video production crews to work.

Proving once again that the general public has no taste.

You are to cognitive thought, that Whales are to knitting.
Read the replies, absorb whatever facts your limited scope can do, and admit you are wrong...not a chance for Geraldine.
Your'e hysterically funny and intellectually pathetic in equal measure - without having a clue why.
You said they filmed Bo Rhap during the middle of a tour. They didn't. You are wrong. Full stop.
