as articulate as ever. I was going to call a truce - but you won't let things drop. Yet again, - you've shown your complete inability to "keep up". I've already said (in other threads you've posted in) that I'm in Morocco for Christmas - so no f**king sharp frost here.

In the spirit of the season - this reply has contained no insults/profanities - something you seem incapable of.

You - on the other hand should have the humility to accept that when you make an inaccurate statement - (TGIC video?) that you accept the amendments/corrections as posted. Like this one:
BQT8. wrote:Hey ok i got it wrong but Queen were incredibly busy in 1975 and the limited time that they had with sound checks etc
I already said - the USA tour finished early summer, Opera tour did not start until Nov 14th. Loads of time for Bo Rhap video. Also last time I checked soundchecks are carried out at the venue of each gig...so there were no soundchecks filling their time prior to setting up for the gig on 14th. There may have been rehearsals - but the rehearsal venue (setup) was used for the Bo Rhap video shoot.

From now on you'll get no profanities from me. - unless you direct one at me first - on which occasions you should expect like-for-like. Happy Christmas

@ Brenski I do not come on here to score points like you do because i am well mature enough to leave the petty snide comments to you and your cronies on here.
You enjoy been vile and nasty so that is probably an indication of the person you really are, been working in the prison service.
I am far too nice and respectable to be even messaging and wasting my time on arrogant moron like you, so i am not wasting any more of my time on you.
Go and bully someone else preferably a Moroccan with a gun would be nice !

Hahahahahaha! Mature? Nice? Respectable? You must have already got your presents from Santa cause those are some huge lies.

@Stick I know i don't always come across as nice but when you have nasty people attacking you because they do not like my opinions then obviously
i am not going to sit back and take it i will give as good as i get.
There are a few on here who have there pedigrees addressed by me, but i often said if you are nice to me i will be nice back.
I am like Queen in the 70s always getting slagged off and no matter what you say or do on here you will always be regarded as the one who is nasty, the bullies seem to get away with it time and time again.

mature enough? YOU are th only one on here [sic] calling people c*nts, Tw*ts and w**kers. that's really mature. - now please read on and respond accordingly - while this can still be rescued.

i offered you an olive branch...and again you react like a thug.
as for Moroccan's why would they "carry guns"? what an ignorant thing to say.

I have never been vile to you - only ever responded like-for-like. however, if you don't want to accept the olive branch then all the best for 2020.

@BQT8 You must think I forgot how you acted through time in a lot of topics on here and how that behaviour started and why you thought it was necessary. Don't know why you are even trying to fool me. I'm not a goldfish you know.

After listening to the song on some decent speakers, have say that John's bass playing is quite appeasing to the ears... Being a RMT and BHM track, no flashy drums or key guitar part esp a solo apart from the jingly xmas feel guitar chords. The bass is probably the stand out instrument on the track. Really follows and underlines Freddie's voice quite well

Yes John Deacon's bass takes centre stage on that track, and puzzled why Brian had no blistering guitar licks on that track as he is always moaning for more rock orientated guitar work in Queen's music especially around Hot Space era.
Freddie's vocal is classic as ever and easily recognisable when you hear the song.

I don't think you'd get "blistering guitar lick into a Christmas ballad with this tempo. Maybe a "Hard Life" style solo is more fitting?

And the song isn't from the Hot Space (1982) era - it was post Works' tour - so 1984.

Aww brENsKi but The Darkness pulled it of but why do you think Queen couldn't? Hahaha imagine if Queen had done a xmas song in the 70s or a flash Gordon sounding style.

"Bells End" is a more up-tempo ballad than TGIC...which is why the solo (kind of) works well...TGIC is a little too sedate for "that kind" of solo

@Brenski Yet again you have misquoted me, i said Brian was moaning around 1982 for more rock orientated guitar work
for the Hot Space album but when Thank God Its Christmas was released there was no blistering guitar work so many Queen fans love.
Yes i know TGIC was post "The Works" era, but i was not getting at that fact.
Brian was a little bit of a hypocrite moaning or arguing for more guitar orientated songs but once he gets the chance to collaborate with Roger it all goes tits up.
