Maylor do AYNTHING to degrade their so called "Friend". Showing him as unreliable drug addict who is always late in the studio
If you know ANYTHING about this band, you'd know that Mercury was a full-blown coke addict by 1982. There are plenty of books and interviews where peers and others in the business tell the tales.

And by a certain point he wasn't even showing up. If anything, the film went easy on him.

But I don't expect your rose-coloured glasses will allow any of this information to seep through into your shoe-sized IQ, where Queen's history consists of a sainted singer whose backing band of three talentless lemmings followed his every command.

Good luck with that.
Just when you thought you could not embarrass yourself any worse you come up with this. Freddie a coke addict? And Brian May is a saint with wings right?
Sure Freddie did his share of blow, but so did Roger . Brian and John were more on the drinking side (even though there are hints that Brian also did the white powder). They surely did drugs but they had it under control especially Freddie. As you are so deep in May's ass and believe the movie Freddie was the addict and May was straight edge. I get it. You just proved (again) that you have no clue about Queen and just eat up all those Maylor lies they are catering. It seems to work sadly. And now fuck off and let those talk who know about Queen you silly prick. And stop wanking to the scene where Freddie is begging the King of Queen (the permed poodle) to let him back into his band.
If only you knew what you were talking about.

John drank , even during shows, well documented. Seemed to become less committed to band activity early to mid 80's.

Roger always seems to deny drugs, claimed to have smoked a spliff once in a park, yet spent a lot of time wearing sunglasses and speeding up the tempo (considerably) live. I wonder why tat was.

Freddies's social circle was wide and varied, but the club scene he was into used coke as a matter of course and despite what YOU claim it was very much Freddies thing, and it effected the band.

You claim there are hints of Brian doing "the white powder". I'm interested please explain. I've never seen any evidence of this. Brian drank less than the others. He is also the most level headed of the four. Did he have his moments, yes of course, was he out of control like Freddie became? No

You again have attempted to present your own agenda as fact, ith your usual name calling and insults.
Just plain proof you take this crap movie for granted, When it came to artistic control, an "out of control" Freddie was still there to give the band some direction and quality control. Without Freddie Brian would still sit in the studio recording The Works :)

Of course, you're absolutely right. What we are doing is sacrilegious to the memory of Queen, as you see it. Some of our decisions have clearly upset you, but what are we suppsoed to do? Yes, Freddie died (it was very sad, blah blah) - we fucking know that moron, from your tireless reminders on QOL. But hey, it's almost 30 years - life must be allowed to go on for those still alive.

I can see that you perceive Queen's continuation as plainly unforgiveable - eating night and day at your very core, but we will go on. We will work night and day to continue to wind the living shit out of you and the other stepfords, who think that musicians/artists have no right to do what they choose with their lives and careers.

Kindly leave us alone, just go and lie down in some badger vomit!

Love, kisses and glambert,

Brian (Doctor) May

PS - The Real Wizard, Stick, stevelondon20, fairy king, vocal harmony, matt z and brENsKi et al are correct - you are a fool and require expunging from society.

Yup a whining kid and a self declared Queen Die hard who has about 2 Greatest Hits and The Miracle in his collection. Bugger off silly. Isn't there a newbie section on here for those who have no clue about Queen and their history? Those newbie fans go on my nerves. Sad side effect of this abysmal movie

What I posted has nothing to do with the film. I don't know what your reading but it isn't what people are posting.

One of the reasons the material became weak in the 80's was because half the band, including Freddie, wasn't interested. Freddie and quality control don't match up when he was left to his own devices on Mr Bad Guy. He took a shed load of money, thought he was Micheal Jackson or Madonna but produced a dud.

It'd be much easier to negotiate with a terrorist, than this ruiner_70 imbecile.

Impossible to reason with the unreasonable, but fun turning their simple minds this way and that.

@vocal_harmony obviously anyone so severely lacking enough to say that mid-80s Queen is better than Miracle, would also think Bon Jovi better than Zep, Madonna better than Aretha, and Pet Shop Boys over Floyd. We're dealing with Elementary School Level music appreciation skills, here.

The funny bellend loser strikes again. Although it is a matter of taste, The Miracle is widely considered as the least favourite Queen album ever and well deserved though. What this has to do with Bon Jovi Zep or Pet Shop Boys and Floyd , bands or artists you never would compare, makes only sense to embarrassing loonies who have no idea about music in general. Did you google random artists to write down your sad drivel you twat?

Claiming that anyone who speaks beyond your personal narrative is informed only by the biopic (and accentuating it with further personal insults) says nothing about the people you're speaking with and everything about you. That you are so obsessed with a film you hate and have no idea of other channels of knowledge about the music industry speaks to how intellectually malnourished you are. You are so massively unqualified to engage in any discussion on these subjects.

dunning. kruger. effect.

You are never going to have the pleasure of being in direct contact with the characters who were there, because they are far too smart to give a social delinquent like you the time of day.

So have fun being an internet troll. You think you're having fun here, but in reality you are a toy people play with in a few spare minutes of their day.

Yep, and ruiner_70 [aka Gerry], was introduced to Queen by his sister - who was also his cousin and was also his mother.

Bronski beat. Remember what happened to Dedop? Your destiny will be equal. He also lost the plot and was a looney like you being obsessed with double accounts. Even retarded clowns could see that this is nonsense. But retarded clowns have more brain cells than you sad scum

I'm not going to get booted for stating the truth. I've been here 15 years, and been consistent. If my behavior warranted removal, then that would have happened a long time ago.

You - on the other hand, are on borrowed time. You could take a step back, think and stop the hostility. You do that, and you'll find others (like myself) will have nothing to retaliate to.

Then we all get along. Your choice...choose your path, fella
